As some may notice, I rarely (if ever) make any comments/posts about recent news reports or occurrences.
Just so there's no misunderstanding, I'll explain why I'm intentionally staying away from commenting on recent news.
The reason is actually quite simple and can be easily guessed if you truly understand my Philosophy of Reality.
I recommend to everyone that they need to get educated about about a topic or story before making any real firm opinions about it. Sure, we naturally start with some preconceived notions, but those are naturally supplanted as we gain more facts upon which to base our opinions.
However, since I've been witness to too many situations where the various news organizations do not post relevant and important facts about the stories they write, that I've basically learned to ASSume that whatever I read in the news in either factually deficient or else blatantly false.
So with that in mind, I will highly limit expressing my opinions about news stories that I'm not sure I have enough correct information about.
That won't stop me from occasionally commenting on some specific situation that I'm aware of, or using personal experience to shape my views. That's what reality is, after all.
